As a Future CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in the mission of Enduring Investment Partners: acquiring and nurturing small to medium-sized businesses to preserve their legacy and drive sustainable growth. Working closely with our investment team, Advisory Board, and interns, you’ll develop investment strategies, build a pipeline of acquisition opportunities, establish strong relationships with sellers and industry leaders, and ultimately acquire and lead a company with purpose and integrity.

Once you’ve partnered with a business, you’ll relocate and take on full operational responsibility, leading with vision, strategy, and a commitment to both the legacy and future potential of the company. With the resources and support of Enduring Investment Partners, you’ll focus on value creation, cultivating a thriving culture, guiding the team, and ushering the business into its next stage of growth.
